My name is Edward Yun. I was born in Cambodia i lived in Portland Oregon for 2 year now. I went to Lincoln High School when i start my first year i did not know that Lincoln High School have a program that you can do a ride along with the Portland Police. After i got into 10 grade i have decide to do the program so now i have been working on the force for about a year now. The second thing that i have do is that i have join the army cadet program i start the the army cadet program before i join the Portland Police cadet program the reason that i do all those things because i wanted to help people that need help and i also came from a military family. Most time in my experience riding with Portland Police the interactions between the police and the black community are positive although sometimes Blacks are disrespectful to the police.
